Implementation Services
Sysgem's Implementation Services staff can either roll out the available out-of-the box solutions for you, or else specify together with you solutions tailored to your specific needs/environments and then develop and implement those solutions for you:
- If the functionality requested is of a generic nature, and of interest to other users of the product, then it may be possible to incorporate it into the standard application. The advantage of this approach is that it will be maintained by Sysgem as part of the out-of-the box solution, and does not need to be separately supported by customers themselves.
- We can, as an alternative, develop completely new customer specific applications using the standard Sysgem Enterprise Manager (SEM) development interface, and turn these over to you for on-going support and refinement.

Consulting and Training Services
Sysgem's Consulting and Training Services staff can not only consult and train you on how to use the available out-of-the-box functionality of Sysgem Enterprise Manager (SEM), but also enable you to develop and implement your own solution concepts based on SEM:

Extended Software Support Contract.
Sysgem’s Extended Software Support Contract consists of:
- Telephone hot-line support (1st level local country support provided by Sysgem’s subsidiaries or authorized partners, 2nd level worldwide support provided by Sysgem to assist with those problems or questions that are unable to be resolved locally).
- Software program error corrections.
- Updates to software programs, including further releases of modules already purchased. Additional plug-in application modules are separately offered.
